Here are the very raw details of the Folic Acid/Hydroxocobalamin prescription.

It came from a Dr. Alan Vinitsky out of Maryland.

I heard about him from Jana G., who e-mailed be after finding this website.

He works by a lot of the principals of Dr. William Rea of the Environmental Health Center Dallas. ..who is probably the undisputed king of knowledge on Multiple Chemical Sensitivity.

He believes these kids have a form of “Autonomic Neuropathy” & until you straighten it out with this (approx) 5 to 2 ratio of folic acid & Hydroxocobalamin in it’s natural form, with delivery nasally or sublingually, all the other therapies fall short. His goal is to get the kids to mehylate rather than provide them with pre-methylated folic & B12. He thinks you can accomplish this this way & it mops up formaldehyde. Both my son & Melanie’s daughter went from yellow (we thought they looked Italian) to white with red tones except for my son’s neck & her daughter’s left hand… We have both been shocked at how quickly it made a difference.

Note of caution: Too much folic acid to available B12 = headache, muscle aches, aggression, irritability = keep giving them hydroxocobalamin alone until they calm down/feel better – usually really fast (within 5 minutes)

Sign they need more of both, especially when chelating & killing stuff off: stimmy, over-responsive to stimulus (Autonomic Neuropathy symptoms)

Second note: We give our son WAY MORE than the below listed suggested dose. As we titrated up per our muscle testing. He just kept wanting more. We basically give it to him ALL DAY LONG!…and always before & after our “brain chelation protocol” (which I haven’t had the time to do lately) & every once in a while we have to give him more B12 alone, but not usually. Dr Vinitsky has been using the Scientific Botanicals:  Folirinse -1 drop of folic acid (1 drop/5000 mcg) on one 2mg Hydroxotab from Perque.com. For some kids this should work very well & be cost effective (just don’t let them swallow the tab). For more sensitive kids (like mine) you should muscle test/pendulum this to find out. If needed order from Buster below.

The daily total for my 40 lb son is 5000 mcg of folic acid & 2000 mcg of B12 (HydroxoCobalamin) every 3 hours. We also talked briefly about under & over-methylation (too much or too little histimine) because with one you are supposed to avoid folic acid. He tried to explain why both groups need it, and has since sent me an 8 page explanation of the protocol (but I need to type it up here) or I am still hoping he will e-mail me a copy.

He, Dr. Klinghardt, I and Melanie (my mom friend who has been in this with me since the get-go) all believe it could be a piece of the pie. And now Dr. Garry Gordon affirmed what role this could play & Dr. Buttar, Dr. John Martin & Dr. Vickery have all talked to Dr. Vinitsky about this protocol.

You can get the Folirinse (5 mg per drop) at Scientific Botanicals: (206) 527-5521-I apologize if they aren’t friendly. Click here to buy it through distibutor if no luck direct.

The Hydroxo you can get in a 2 mg tab from Perque.com- or if no luck click here.

For sensitive kids, like most if not all are…Another easier option, you can get it pre-made for sublingual or nasal distribution (the best route to get to the brain) from Melanie @ College AMT Pharmacy.
