Subject: A gift for Dr. Buttar and Staff from Chelatingkids2

Hi everyone--

My son Dean is a patient of ya'll's , and I am owner / moderator of a yahoo group called Chelatingkids2.  I know how busy you guys are, and what demand has been put on you all in the last 4 months or so, and I felt that it was important to send this gift of quotes from listmates that have been using td dmps.  When you think you just can't take another irritated parent,  or you hear some silly rumor or negative remark-- you guys just read this again.  This is just a small sample of what people are saying unsolicited. Some of these are patients of other physicians who are using your td dmps, and some are yours.   They all have been doing td dmps for less than two months.

God Bless you All-- and keep the faith.  You are working miracles---

" My son,

the classic non responder,

is FINALLY making progress!  Since beginning the TD-DMPS two months ago, he is calmer, more affectionate, happier,

more focused, less stimmy, improved gait, better sense of humor, he is making attempts at language ( non verbal),  got his first ever excellent mark on behavior at school, and from his homework assignments and notes from his teacher, I see a steady improvement on cognition.

God Bless Dr. Buttar

for his efforts!!"

"Both boys have been on

TD-DMPS for 5 weeks.

Both boys had exacerbated

ASD features in the first 2 weeks of

TD-DMPS. Mark is at a higher energy level than before we started

(as in hyper+), however he is vocalizing more,

considerably more frequently affectionate, happy and obviously

comfortable, engaging in imaginative play (new behavior), playing

with stuffed animals and baby-dolls (new behavior), has begun to

initiate arts and craft activities after a year break, his real

obsession photography has continued, I expected no positives,

only side effects in

the early stages, but there have been subtle improvements so far."

"He is severely affected with autism and one of the severe gut kids. We have tried practically every known treatment, we've been at this since he was two. Despite trying all these interventions, we have had very little improvement, and have spent a fortune. We are only into this TD-DMPS one month, and FINALLY, we have done something that we can say WOW this is WORKING!!! He is in an excellent mood, all the time, his eye contact,

coordination and just taking in his surroundings and being more aware are noticeably

improved. He seems to have a much better understanding of what is going on. He

has been to the reg ped for an ear infection,

no crying, cooperated thru the exam,

sat in the waiting room, etc. Last night he had his hair cut, with the loud buzzer and all and sat on the chair BY HIMSELF the whole time and was very

proud of himself when it was done. He is a

non-verbal child who once in a blue moon will say no. Over the last few weeks, he is saying no a few times a day, has said yeah, OK, night- night, da da, go and down!!!!!!! We're kind of just

holding our breath, fearful that it might end.

We are in a kind of shock that

we have actually done something that is working. "

"He has responded beautifully to everything we've done for him, but nothing like the gains he made in the two months on TD-DMPS. "

" He has done 13 rounds of

TD DMPS and the most important thing is that we've finally found something he can tolerate with

no signs of a rash so far.

We've hit the 3 week mark and improvements include becoming dry at night (he's almost 7), instead of using one word for what he wants he has been consistently saying, "I want ____" with no prompting, has started saying new words appropriately, no signs of gut pain, the happiest I've ever seen him, and the school is raving about how well he's doing. The nut may finally have a little

crack in it! "

"It took about 2.5 months for good stuff to start happening with us, and now the good

stuff is just FLOODING in."

"No matter how much we did we just weren't seeing many results. But, slowly we are seeing some improvements with

the trans. DMPS. We are working on the 3rd month, and I've seen some very encouraging things. He has NEVER responded verbally to any questions I have ever asked him. At this point he only has a few spontaneous words anyway. But the other day when he got off the bus, I said "I heard you got your pictures taken today" ! just talking to

him as I usually do, not expecting a response. His face lit up and he

had a huge smile and he turned around and said "yeah" I could not believe it!

It wasn't a perfect yeah, but it was that non the less. How cool is that? Last night I was sweeping the house, and he took the sweeper, went in every room and swept (the best a 6 year old can sweep!) & was So proud of himself for doing so."

"And we are really happy with the progress me have made with

TD-DMPS

My husband made the statment that what we are seeing overnight with DMPS took months on DMSA. He is right."

"His speech has gotten so clear over night. His receptive language has shot through the roof. Some really cool complex sentences are coming out.

Like, "I want the lamp on please" instead of

"Light on please".

My husband commented that

these gains he has made are really coming fast. His teacher said that he has really matured over the summer(really this only happen in the last month).

It would have taken months to make these type of gains on DMSA."
