This was probably written in 2002 & needs updating but gives the basics:

This is a list of Diet interventions as I would rank them by priority of implementation after each is considered using the Cost-to-Benefit Ratio

1.)    Gluten & Cassein & Soy free (corn, rice usually too!)

2.) Limit Excitotoxins

3.) Use organic unrefined sea salt as much as possible (great source of minerals)

4.)    Organic whenever possible (peel & soak in white vinegar if not)

5.)    Take Betaine HCL before meal (promotes bile production)

6.)    Eliminate Sugar, Polyunsaturated/Hydrogenated Oils

7.)      Eliminate Responsive foods (Elisa, Sage, Naet) Energy Testing weekly is helpful

8.)      Do an NAET treatment of all things ingested (sample of all in glass jar for day)

8.)    Rotate non-responsive foods (2, 4, 7 day ideal) or 2 days of something then switch

9.)    Protein/Fat/Carb balance at every meal (The Zone Concept)

10.) Limit intake at each sitting esp. favorites (think high off addiction)

11.) Variety expansion whenever possible (always add)

12.) Limit non-nutrient dense carbs (white, grain stuff that is processed)

13.) Lower high glycemic foods (easiest rule…no carbs without protein & NO White!)

14.) Remove all “yeasty” products

10.) Remove all polysaccharides (SCDiet) Consider Ketogenic Diet

15.) Awareness of Phenols & Ph as appropriate

16.) Adequate iodine, & support thyroid

17.) Have biggest meal be at 1pm with largest dose of Chlorella at 12:40

18.) Digestion of food is preceded by access to food (smallest bites & chunks best)

19.)

Tip: At each meal always start with least desirable graduating to most desirable (which remains out of sight until presentation)

Tip: It is believed to be a myth that our fish is toxic but our other meats: beef, chicken, etc. are not…it makes no sense to think they are clean. Incorporate the least toxic fish available with a dose of selenium at meal to chelate mercury in fish (from Willis Langford)

Tip: Toxins in food are stored in specific places: In meat mostly the fat, in fruits & vegetables since the skin acts as a barrier it is the densest followed by the fiber. Bottom Line: if organic is unavailable do not consume animal fat & peel &/or make juice out of fruits & veggies after soaking in vinegar.
