Free Things you can do for your child:

 

1.)      Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping)

Per Dr. Klinghardt it increases uptake of nutrients in the brain 60%

& is the deciding factor between which of his patients heal & don’t

the ideal is after all important meds & more (min 3-4 X’s/day – takes 20 sec.)

2.)      ECHO – everything that comes out of your child’s mouth, no matter what type of sound imitate it to the best of your ability…then request “appropriate” response. This is per the head neurologist at the NIH with an autistic child.

3.)      Move bed at least 3 feet away from all electrical outlets & appliances.

4.)      Never use a product on your body, or that releases a smell in the air that you wouldn’t eat.

6.)      Trigeminal Stimulation – basically you do a finger massage all over the sensory organs on the head and face with a “piano playing” type movement with your fingers all around the head, eyes, ears, nose, mouth & throat (more the better)

7.)      Regular massage of body, with special attention to hands & feet (points)

8.)      The Brush Technique – look under brushing (many other ideas at this site too

9.)      Hot bath therapy (chlorine free if possible) (100 degrees for 1 hour/day)

10.)                                    Don’t buy any more scented products, replace w/unscented & non-toxic

11.)                                    Try not to use any scented products near child

12.)                                    Open windows as much as possible (odds are low the air outside is worse than in)

13.)                                    Dietary Interventions (GF/CF) (7 day rotation) (SCD) (Atkins) (Zone) (low-Phenol) (1/3 of food raw – think juicing)

14.)                                    NAET - if you do it yourself (book)

15.)                                    Play outiside as much as possible with arms & legs exposed (Vit D)

16.)                                    Peel all non-organic fruit & vegetables or put in sink with 4-8 oz. of distilled vinegar for 30 minutes

18.)                                    Learn to muscle test and/or use pendulum (necklace) & ask questions

19.)                                    Have them walk or stand barefoot directly on the ground, it grounds them electromagnetically & relieves stress.

Cheap but Important Things you can do :

1.)      For under $2 do the IODINE tincture test

2.)      Betaine HCI (up to 1 pill) 10-15 minutes prior to each meal

3.)      Enzyme (1 pill) 30-45 min after last bite with Alkaline (chlorella, Bake Soda)

4.)      Good Multi-vitamin (but should Muscle Test first)

5.)      Hepa Filter

6.)      Plants that clean air (Polly pointed out that these tend to have mold & can actually make people worse)

7.)      Add Epsom Salts and/or minerals to each bath

8.)      Get chlorine out of all water exposed to or consumed
