Multiple Sclerosis:
This response to a chelatingkids2 email.
In the world of alternative medicine, with the docs who feel
that neurological illness is reversible, MS & Autism, also ALS, Parkinson’s
& Alzheimer’s & for that matter Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
& Multiple Chemical Sensitivity all share many common characteristics.
Heavy metal toxicity, including but not isolated to mercury, High pathogen
burden, including parasites, viruses, bacteria & yeast & the
under-recognized culprit, high energetic burden (stress to make it tangible).
These burdens go up & down in a synergistic flow. Addressing them in a
balanced way provides better results than dealing with them as if they are
separate issues. Bottom Line: paying attention to this “dance” & the
cascade created anytime a variable is changed provides the fastest results.
Basic relationship observations by docs: killing pathogens will release metals, lowering stress & emotional release will unbind & mobilize metals, metals inhibit microbial overgrowth- so when they go away, microbes can blossom. The other huge factor in all of this is the genetic predisposition not to effectively handle these burdens. This will be forced to work even harder when shifts happen. Methylation is an inherently weak player for neurologically affected individuals. This must be supported before any attempt at lowering these burdens should be started. Dr Yasko seems to have the broadest knowledge about the synergy & interaction of the snps at different spots on this pathway. Her genetics profile seems to be a wise place to start to effectively prime the weak pumps so that detox can be successful.
To cut to the chase, what you have learned about treating Autism applies & can be successful in treating MS.
