Sauna Infromation
The sauna
that we purchased when we were attending The Edelson Center was from Heavenly
Heat. We love it & it is what they still have people get when they attend The Environmental Health Center in Dallas.
Bottom Line: it seems to be the most environmentally friendly/non-toxic model
on the market. You can buy it directly from Bob Morgan at:1-800 my sauna> (697-2862) He makes them himself…so make
sure you tell him you saw it here & he’ll give you the best deal. Also,
make sure you ask him to make a spot/trap door where you can throw rags out as
you wipe the sweat every 5 minutes. (per dr klinghardt…the toxins come out in
your sweat, if you don’t wipe them off regularly they re-absorb…esp. when you
hit the cold air…his suggestion is to use a stack of rags wiping all the sweat
away every 5 minutes & discarding outside the sauna) Another key point I
learned when studying how the Norwegians use their saunas. They believe that it
is good to be well hydrated, you must sweat, but that it is better to
re-hydrate directly after the sauna session vs. during. They explained that
this creates the capacity for the toxins to be released. More later…but it
really made sense!
This is simply an email off CK2:
“You may want
to check out the Heavenly Heat brand.
> It's made of poplar wood and glass and is as toxin
free-as they come. No glues, laminates, paints, plastics, formaldehyde,
plexiglass, plywood,

doing my son's

(a stone

to use dry

My son's doctor

Currently,
