Warning: here is another example  of how things have changed…I periodically go through my site to check on the hyperlinks, and determine the best to place to clean up next. When I looked at this document I realized how much things have changed just in the last 3 months since the DAN conference in Portland when I first handed this out. I am going to make some alterations now but not all!

Had I known @ diagnosis what I know now, I would …

TO DO LIST:

1.) Spend the first week after diagnosis breathing, reading about healing children and reading other TO DO Lists, finding anyone to relieve some of the new found burden (grandparent, friend, babysitter) because you just became the CEO of your child’s healing!

2.) Re-divide responsibilities in your family unit (e.g. Wife –biochemical intervention, Husband – ABA, PT, OT, SP (party in charge makes final decisions guided by the principal “First…Do No Harm”, other must “Let Go & Let God (or whomever)” because repeat research to clarify for arguments sake is monumentally COSTLY to your child!

3.) Implement a 7-Day rotation of both hypoallergenic, Specific Carbohydrate foods (either foods never eaten or tested negative on ELISA) & supplements. See Day Diet Protocol.

4.)                  Remove toxins from the home (methodically), add filters & good plants. Use your nose & stop buying scented/toxic products and one’s you can smell.

5.) Find a sauna and use it following any detox guidelines you are comfortable with (must supplement, sweat, after each session hydrate & re-mineralize) Follow with cool water progress bath.

6.) Buy 2 notebooks – one for notes on your child’s day including: supplements, food, behavioral interventions, outings, environmental changes etc. – second should have dividers with one for “Concepts to implement now”, and one for “Valuable concepts for Later” – it will save your sanity.

7.) Add & Subtract things one at a time*  Follow results & response (basic gambling rules – winning stay in, losing get out & follow your instinct) daily journal listing interventions & symptom level (1-10) will help track this.

8.)Find the best trained, most highly recommended doctor who believes & implements the DAN principals, see ACAM.org (minimum –Pfeiffer Outreach)-Do VERY comprehensive biochemical intervention tests (get copies & read all)

9.)Be smart (guided by naturopath) with supplementation & chelation, guiding the way with muscle testing, and compensating for over-supplementation with daily sauna use.** & TAP after!

10.)Find & have head your team a good alternative practitioner: Naturopath, Osteopath, Cranial-Sacral, Acupuncture (NAET Practitioner), Chiropractor, Homeopath, Chinese Medicine

11.)Find/create & implement an ABA program and/or implement a version of the NACD program appropriate for your child. (Sample) Daily must do trigeminal Stimulation & ECHO!

12.)Learn how to muscle test and use it for everything you question about your child’s health. Next, learn & do NAET on your child.

13.)Find a POSITIVE support group (on-line if that is the only way) & then be-friend and seek out knowledge from the one’s who are healing their kids, go to their doctors, do what works for them, avoid the NEGATIVE.

* I was never patient enough to do this, but it was advised to me so many times   I feel compelled to pass it on in appreciation of it’s wisdom!

First…a big THANK YOU  to Jeffrey!!!

He pointed out the statement below (in red) to me

& how it was discouraging! (Now I see that clearly)

Not only do I agree with him…but as I explained to him…

I now believe I was COMPLETELY WRONG!!!

I was simply listening to the people who thought this to be true…

I think they are wrong…& now I think you can heal a person completely at any age!

Again, another BIG THANK YOU to Jeffrey!

& rather than eliminate it, I am going to leave it to remind me it’s okay to make mistakes!

**I firmly believe the young one’s diagnosed recently with curious/aggressive parents will be “cured” & children with appropriately cautious/skeptical parents will heal less.

Be assertive, bold, observant & responsive!
